Projection Close 1/21



To do this evening/ was completed: Quiet night. Kept an eye on rooms 4 & 6 to make sure the playlists didn't give us any grief. The only thing that seemed strange is one playlist (Origin) started credits later than expected (2 minutes) in T4, which Wyatt radioed me about. It wasn't a big deal, but I was aware of it for the rest of the night. The playlists are all accurate. Last round was just fine. 

Did a TMS sweep and cleared more content we don't need. Sent the NoBudge shorts to T1. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked everything once again. Checked every playlist scheduled for T4/T6 when they were queued up. 
2, 3 and 7 stayed fine all night. 
Went through the playlists for 1/26 and checked the SE playlists to see that they match the event memos for the coming days. 

Started on the DCP of Thomasine and Bushrod for Shouting at the Screen in 4/6. This is finishing to the DCPII drive. This should be done and ready to ingest by tomorrow morning. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Turned on the second game in Trees this evening.

Print/video Inspection: Made adjustments and repairs to The Pillow Book. Tough reel, that 8th one. Almost done with this.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. I made a cue sheet for 1/26 - 2/1, along with an updated first run formula page. No more Ferrari.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
