NPP Projection Admin 2/20



To do this evening/ was completed: Got credits offset for Coffy, playlist updated. 

Tech'd KOTFM, volume set to 6.5, credits offset updated slightly. Slightly adjusted the T5 scope lens file as well. RCA to 1/8th cable attached to CP750 at the last minute, host ended up wanting music over Nitehawk slide for preshow.

Raiders of the Lost Ark tech'd, volume updated.

Ran a reel of Space Jam for Desmond, volume logged. Also ran the first reel of Private Benjamin. Print is very faded, some sections more so than others. Desmond said programming might look into finding a DCP for the screening. Standby.

Spaceman feature ingested to TMS.

Scheduled a pickup for Buckaroo Bonzai tomorrow 2/21, print is on the cart.

Received the Pumping Iron II print, residing in 4/6.

Downloaded and ingested all NSF24 slides, fifteen in total, eight with sponsors attached, seven without. **All slides that include sponsor logos feature either "Sp", "Spo" or "Spon" in their abbreviated titles. For example: "NSF24ClosingSp_XSN" or "NSF24MTNE2Spon" are slides with sponsors included. All slides without sponsors do not include any sort of "Sp" "Spon" in the abbreviated title. Hopefully this isn't too confusing.**

Sweet East preshow content, Nancy Meyers trailer and NSF24_SignalFilm trailer downloaded and ingested. Nancy Meyers still needs to be added to upcoming trailer packs. Sweet East playlist built but will need to be updated.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
