NPP Projection Close 2/13



To do this evening/ was completed: A nice Tuesday night with a short print 

Presentation Issues: MOD walkied me saying that the heating in Theater 6 was busted so they cancelled the last round. I deleted the last round off automation and shut it down early. 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I ingested the NSF Shorts Preshow content into Theater 1 along with the Shaft intro slide. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Curse of the Cat People went great! A terrific intro from Cristina and we rolled right into the feature after that. An easy breezy 4 reeler. It's rewound right now for inspection tomorrow. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): The LEGO Movie DCP came in. I plugged it into Theater 2 and ingested it. 

Drive Away Dolls and Notting Hill also came in through the Deluxe server and I started ingesting Drive Away Dolls. 

Updated Zone of Interest keys uploaded

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: 

Maintenance/cleaning: I cleaned the Theater 4 35mm projectors after Curse of the Cat People.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I made the cue sheets for next week. We still need some timing for the special events this week, but it looks all good! 

Cross referenced tomorrow's cue sheets with automation and noticed that the Madame Web timing wasn't fully added in. Just remember to fill in those once the formulas and playlists are built.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
