Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked tomorrow evening's HBO/NewFest SPL and everything appears in order for the run of show

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Paddington 2 private event in theater 6 this evening went very smoothly (the blu-ray was brought down to the MOD office after the show concluded)

Don't Tell Her It's Me screening in theater 1 went smoothly save for an error with the picture during the intro (the film's trailer had been added to the SPL in place of the custom slide with all the necessary cues so it paused on a random frame at the start of the clip before switching to the mic channel) and Cristina was alerted to it; skipped ahead after the intro concluded and began the feature

 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): The Boy and the Heron and Demon Slayer posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Updated keys for The Iron Claw were delivered and uploaded to the TMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Removed all Don't Tell Her It's Me content from the TMS after the screening

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Lillian double checked and initialed the cues for tomorrow earlier this afternoon

Marquee updated?: Took down letters for the marriage announcement from this afternoon and replaced them with 35mm titles Car Wash and The Curse of the Cat People

Posters updated?: Swapped Dune 2 posters outside (we received updated posters with the most recent release date)

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
