NPP Projection Report 2/17 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Forgot to mention this in my blog yesterday, but we received a new license for the TMS. Uploaded it, we're good for another year now (which will be our last with the Dolby TMS!)

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Noticed quite a few SE playlists were missing lights down cues. Noticed this on Four Weddings, Raiders, Coffy, and I think Curse of the Cat People and maybe others. Remember to put one right at the beginning of the Welcome clip for playlists without pre-built trailer packs, and right after the Pause cue on slides for intros.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Raiders keys.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Deleted a lot of old playlists/packs and consolidated all the NSF shorts (DCPs and files) onto the designated hard drive and deleted them from everywhere else. Cleared some old SE DCPs off the various drives as well.

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Made a bunch of manual updates. Made a few general sections which can be referenced in the sections of other more specific setups, these include Microphones, Spotlights, DVI connections, and HDMI-Over-Ethernet extenders as these are important to a lot of event set-ups. Added a Shouting at the Screen section and edited the Spoons section so the info is up to date and removed redundant descriptions and added a reference to another section of the manual in their place. Updated the "Post Event Cleanup" section.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Projection cart by entrance?:
