To do this evening/ was completed: Really happy to hear (per Chenelle's email) that the NewFestxHBO event went so well yesterday! - L

Closed captioning device in T6. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd and adjusted the playlists for Time Bandits, Paris Texas, You've Got Mail. 

Madame Web ( n Bob Marley) features are in. Keys for Madame Web will be out come Monday, I believe. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Superbowl is ready to go in Theater 3 and in Trees. For theater 3, choose BluRay HD 178 on the projector and set the masking to 1.78. Sound will go through the Non-sync input. For Trees it's the usual: Digital Link on the projector. Both have been tested and are working. If they want sound on in Trees (which I imagine they won't), there's the cable behind the pew below the screen you can connect to the DJ inputs for that.

Got trailer list from Kat. Deleted content we don't need. Forecasts will be available tomorrow.

 Downloaded and ingested the Bob Marley preshow, ABC5min, Boyz n the Hood trailer. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Sense & Sensibility got picked up.

Print/video Inspection: We looked at the Matinee Two program for NSF. All DCPs seem fine and volumes have been noted. A couple odd aspect ratios: Four Nights and a Fire is slightly wider than 1.37 and Flutz is slightly narrower than 1:1.

Ran the first reel of Heroes Shed No Tears. Pretty beat up per usual for an SoF print but still looks good. Not a big deal but a note about the inspection report: it's not uncommon for prints to have changeover cues in the middle of the reel when smaller (roughly 10 minute) reels were spliced together to make longer (roughly 20 minute) ones, so they're not necessarily "bad cues."

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Ran Car Wash for Desmond. Volume has been noted on the white card. This looks realllllly good! 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Filled in the timing for Car Wash and Sundays on Fire.

Info added for Time Bandits, You've Got Mail, Paris Texas, Curse of the Cat People

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
