NPP Projection Report Close 2/11

To do this evening/ was completed: A very quiet night overall with the exception of the A/V setup needed for the (legally distinct, copyright free) Big Game coverage this evening

Special Events/ AV set up: Put the Super Bowl on at Trees without audio + began playback in theater 3 during the pre-game coverage and adjusted the volume level accordingly before opening the auditorium

Print/video Inspection: Sundays on Fire print is still in booth 1 (MODs informed me the printer in their office is currently not printing anything in black & white so I refrained from making a return label for it)

Maintenance/cleaning: 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues, TMS schedule, and website + adjusted end credit information for a few auditoriums (cues have been initialed to confirm)

Marquee updated?: Removed You've Got Mail and added letters for The Tales of Hoffman and Four Weddings and a Funeral on the brunch side

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: Updated the film and digital special event titles on the whiteboard in 4/6 to reflect screenings through the end of February and part of March

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
