Staff Screenings are out and have been scheduled on the TMS and are labeled on the theatre blocking calendar. 

Keys for both Spaceman and Drive Away Dolls open up tomorrow, so we'll run through them in the morning. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Hawks w/Babies playlist for Drive Away Dolls has been built and scheduled for this upcoming Tuesday! 

I built the (brief) playlists for 2/16 Spaceman and the 2/23 ones as well. These have been scheduled on the TMS and filled out on the cue sheets. 

Downloaded and ingested the NSF24_Mubi trailer. I built the Opening Nite playlist, but we'll have to add in the new preshow element (PS_Generic_Shorts_25min_NoCard) tomorrow, which should be ready to go in the morning. 

Adjusted the Sunday Space Jam playlist with the Nancy Meyers trailer. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Adjusted the playlist for The Sweet East - added the slide for the Q&A and corrected the timing. Adjusted the cue sheets to match this. Mics are currently in their charging ports. Bring these down before preshow and pop them on the chairs/give one to Cristina. I put three chairs off to the side already. I tested mics. Will is going to check in with Cristina this evening. 

Fantastic Planet has been rebooked for 3/11! We kept this on the sever for that very reason. Please do not delete this. Thank you!

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received posters for Wicked. In 3/7. 

Ordering/Receiving (content): DCP'd and ingested the NSF24 Welcome Program Slide. 

Keys for Howard the Duck come in 2/25. Keys for Notting Hill come in sometime tomorrow. 

Uploaded loads of KDMs today for: Argylle, American Fiction, Drive Away Dolls, Lisa Frankenstein, Poor Things. 

Reached out to Deluxe to make sure we've got a KDM for Zone of Interest on 2/28 (private), but I had to loop Chenelle in since they advised A24 will have to get in touch to both book and release them.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Updated today. 
FYI- Desmond will be sending us a video file for Private Benjamin since it's so faded. We'll DCP this and then make a decision. UPDATE: Looks like there's no DCP/video file, not even another print, so we're sticking with the print we have (for now!)

Maintenance/cleaning: Deleted some features we no longer need, like KOTFM, You've Got Mail and The Lego Movie

FYI- Alec moved all the mic stands into the closet in Trees Lounge, so if you should need them, they are in there. Please remember to put them back once you're done with them! Thank you. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Updated the sheets today with Spaceman, Sweet East adjusted, Shaft info added for tomorrow (tagged Paul to notify evening MOD about the short credits sequence). My initials are on there, and everything is set, but we'll double check Spaceman first thing tomorrow since the keys open then.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
