To do this evening/ was completed: Our weekly projection notice has been sent out. Please take the time to read through it, making note of the events you'll be supporting and what you might need some guidance on. Also, I've been noticing recently that folks have been forgetting to make sure that for all normal SE events, there's usually only five minutes of trailers instead of ten. Always check the playlist and the event memo (if there is one) and you're unsure. Thanks, team! 

What can get tech'd tomorrow: Time Bandits (credits info/volume), Lisa Frankenstein (double check credits and check volume!)
What can get tech'd Friday: You've Got Mail (volume), SOF, Car Wash

Staff Screenings are out! I got the 'okay' from Matthew to put the first screening in T2 tomorrow, but for the next few weeks, we're generally going to be avoiding putting staff screenings in T2 and T4. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: NewFestxHBO playlist has been built. Info below. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: I added the Spotify playlist to the event memo for the NewFestxHBO screening tomorrow. This will run during preshow, alongside the intro slide until the it's time to switch over to the mic input on the processor. Their team approved the spots setup with the updated intro slide today. For both the intro (left spot) and Q&A (centre spots, lowered) I've put their numbered info on a white card next to the spot info sheet in the T2 booth! 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Lisa Frankenstein opens up tomorrow (keys). We can tech this first thing tomorrow morning. 

Made and ingested the Q&A slide for To Kill A Tiger. Waiting on the reps to confirm the Intro slide (this might be the same as the q&a slide) Standby! 

Uploaded keys for: Wonka, Argylle, Poor Things, American Fiction, Mean Girls, Boy n Heron
Reached out to Deluxe for an extension for Iron Claw since the one we have will expire on 2/10. Update: these were supposed to get delivered by 4pm today, but might take a little longer. Check in on this. throughout the evening, please. 

Ingested the keys for To Kill A Tiger - these will be active (in T3) from 2/12 - 2/16. 

We just got the print for Sundays on Fire - I put this in the T1 booth. This can get inspected! 

Coffy DCP should be coming via physical drive. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Super Fly is on its way out. 

I reached out to Sony so we can schedule a pickup for Sense and Sensibility. Print is still located in T1. 

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added all the titles for March and popped in the tracking we received for Freddy's Dead. Coffy tracking info added, too. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Alec spent a lot of time looking into the speaker issue in T1 and working with/updating DMS. Thank you, Alec! 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Added credits info for You've Got Mail.

Marquee updated?: Added the special title for the rental this afternoon. Will is going to take this down and put up the letters for 35mm titles.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
