To do this evening/ was completed: Great night. Made the rounds - no issues. 
Friendly reminder - The Lego Movie has its first screening this Monday and the keys open up (today, Sunday). Please get your eyes on it. Thanks!

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for The Lego Movie matinee screenings.

Built the playlist for the KOTFM private on Tuesday. 

Got the credits info for Raiders of the Lost Ark, adjusted the playlist and added the info for this (and all the above) to the cue sheets. 

Ingested the PS_Generic_Space_25min_V2 (plus 15min, and 5min) for Spaceman. 

Transferred the DCP of KOTFM to T5. There's a manual start for this, so I just want to make sure it's in there for when we tech.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Reminder: Keys for Coffy (screens Tuesday) open up on Monday. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested the keys for KOTFM & Raiders of the Lost Ark- keys open up Tuesday. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Inspected the last 3 reels of Private Benjamin. Got a little confused as to where the print report was before I saw that it had been started in the inspection report template. Please remember to not write in the template and instead, make a copy and move the report to the right subsection. I cleared the info from the template and copied it over to a new report, which is now in the 2024 section of Inspection Reports. Print is super faded. I understand the programmers are already aware. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: 

Maintenance/cleaning: Received two big Amazon packages (sent to Alec). These are in 4/6.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Updated info. Initials are down. TMS checked.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
