To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked and tech'd the Resident Evil 6 show playlist for tonight's screening in theater 2 (there is a 30 second long "thank you" greeting from the filmmakers prior to the feature...) and added a lights cue/updated the cue sheet

Built a pre-show for Boxcar Bertha

Double checked the Prison pre-show playlist and slide for tomorrow night's screening

Special Events/ AV set up: 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for Jawbreaker (these go live tomorrow -- still waiting for keys for Something's Gotta Give and Duel) and Dune 2

Cristina sent over the intro slide for Boxcar Bertha and it was converted to DCP/ingested to the TMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content): DHL wrote back about a pickup scheduled for tomorrow for the Taking Off print (this has been placed on the cart beside the Friday the 13th Part IV canisters)

Print/video Inspection: Ran loops and the first reel of Interstellar in theater 1 to check for volume levels and picture quality (picture is soft overall and the scratches are noticeable throughout -- the sound feels just right at 7.0 and strikes a nice balance between the booming score and much quieter dialogue scenes)

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Interstellar (all this needs is a volume cue which can be added once the film is tech'd) Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Taking Off screening in theater 1 went really well Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Jawbreaker keys were downloaded and ingested Downloaded and ingested the "Antonias Line" trailer for the Boxcar Bertha pre-show Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Taking Off after the screening and placed all reels back on their shipping reels/in their canisters (also reached out the necessary parties at DHL and NBC/Universal to schedule a pickup) Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated information for a few titles this upcoming week Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed Taking Off and added letters for  Boxcar Bertha  to the 3
