NPP Projection Close 3/15

To do this evening/ was completed: 

Presentation Issues: Auditorium 7 was very dark throughout the afternoon -- the dimmer in the 3/7 booth was all the way down so I brought it back up to full brightness which will allow guests/staff to see clearer

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd It's Complicated in theater 3 after the final round and moved the house lights up cue to the start of the crawl

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): A courier came by to pick up the Deadpool & Wolverine standee and also set up one for Sasquatch Sunset which, according to him, Matthew confirmed delivery for but we did not receive the standee prior to his arrival, so he took the former and we assured him if/when the latter was delivered it would be stored behind 3/7 (the pictures he showed us of it make it very clear the standee is too tall and wide to fit in the lobby so there was some confusion as to why confirmation was given to have it delivered and set up in the first place)

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): David Jennings got back about scheduling a pickup next week for the Boyz n the Hood print

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Removed/replaced trash from booth 1 -- Lillian took out the trash from 4/6 prior to leaving this afternoon

Threw away an easel display board for The Zone of Interest that had been used some weeks ago for a private event (and that had also been creased to the point of breaking in half from its time in storage)

**Regarding auditorium 7, there is an overhead bulb right by the entrance that, if memory serves correctly, is meant to be dimmed, but not fully, during the show to allow for freedom of movement, and that has since gone completely dark during the feature -- I noticed it back at full brightness when the cleaning lights went up but also that it stays off during the pre-show and feature -- not too sure if this is a lights cue issue or the bulb malfunctioning**

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked for the whole weekend (theater 5 was missing its final round on the TMS -- this is a manual start but did not correspond with the cues listed) and took the liberty of highlighting the numerous negative flips between rounds in auditoriums 5, 6, and 7 throughout

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?: Added a couple new first run titles to the archive tube(s) and reorganized the trivia section to feature some of these recent releases

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: Added Interstellar to the special events whiteboard in 4/6

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
