Special Events/ AV set up: Kevin Geeks Out event in theater 1 went very smoothly (I broke down the wireless mic setup and put everything back in the A/V bin -- with the exception of the HDMI cable which is still attached to the AJA -- beneath the curtain; the XLR is plugged back into the mic input on the back of the sound rack so the configuration is back to its normal wireless setting)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Dawn of the Dead 45th anniversary posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7 in a white poster tube

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Reorganized the poster cubby behind 3/7 and added some first run titles we have not scheduled to the trivia section (and some teaser posters for films we have been given new one sheets for) + threw away a bunch of unused poster tubes

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked/initialed cue sheets for Friday-Sunday and added end credits offset information to Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind over the weekend

Marquee updated?: Opted to leave "Ghostbusters" as is on the marquee (I figured adding the number "5" might create some confusion considering this is a sort of sequel/reboot to the original films and the poster is up for further clarification) 

Posters updated?: Removed Godzilla x Kong from the lobby and put Sasquatch Sunset up in its place

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
