NPP Projection Close 3/26

To do this evening/ was completed: 

Presentation Issues: One of the ceiling panels in theater 4 (screen right, closest to the front of the room) began malfunctioning approximately twenty minutes into Dune 2 and was flickering intermittently throughout the show. I triggered the cue to bring the cleaning lights down but this was ineffective, then tried switching off the auditorium lights via the circuit breaker panel which, to my surprise, only created more of an issue because it directly affected the functionality of some audio channels in the room. I switched the lights breaker back on and reset the sound rack which, thankfully, restored the audio to its appropriate speakers but did nothing to prevent the light from continuing to flicker. Some passes were given out to upset guests and I explained to the MODs there was nothing I could do to remedy the light issue until after the show as the bulb needs to be removed from the fixture to stop from flickering (this appears to be the same issue we were having with the ceiling lights in theater 2 not that long ago)

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built an R-rated trailer pack for the week of 3/29 + built CCAP and OCAP Monkey Man show playlists

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Prison screening and intro in theater 1 went smoothly (had to play the trailer for Ambulance manually since it was not built into the SPL + needed to raise the volume for the feature pretty significantly as it sounded nearly silent at the tech'd volume at 7.0)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Monkey Man feature content became available this afternoon and was ingested to the TMS (OCAP version is 5.1 only -- CCAP files are 5.1 and 7.1)

Uploaded keys for Babes and Love Lies Bleeding

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Inspected all of The Hours this afternoon and uploaded stills to the shared drive

Re-inspected Prison after the show and readied the film for return shipment (the box is still in booth 1 and needs to be taped up and scheduled for a pickup)

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
