Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I made some adjustments to the Jawbreaker playlist so that the proper slide was put in at the breakdown and added some adjusted lighting cues. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): I emailed Universal about Monkey Man posters.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Keys for Something's Gotta Give uploaded and Monkey Man came in. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Took a look at Jawbreaker with Desmond and we noticed that the wrong slide was put in. We had our standard 10 second with a server pause slide. However for this, there was a slide set over music. I was able to dig that slide up and swap it out. I also adjusted the lights down cue to be at the start of feature instead of the drag preshow and making sure the sound switches back over to Digital 1.

Programmed the spotlights with Desmond for the Jawbreaker performance tomorrow. These are noted on the sheet on the wall, and I'll go over it with Jack tomorrow too. -AL

Ran most of the first two reels of Interstellar with Desmond. Looks pretty rough, rougher than I expected. The scratches (especially the platter ones) are almost constant. The SRD track is damaged, too, so if we go ahead with this print we should play it on SR. John has reached out to Paramount however to see if they can send another print. -AL

Maintenance/cleaning: Auto rewind mode is working again on the 4/6 Kelmar. -AL

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I filled out next week's cue sheets. It still needs all the special event timing filled fully in. Automation is also set for this week with the exception of The Hours.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
