Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Interstellar. Unsurprisingly it has been plattered and seemingly not very well. It's covered top to bottom in the diagonal scratches (base and emusion) that are typical of poorly aligned platter rollers. There's some persistent vertical emulsion scratches, too. Should look OK, but the scratches will be noticeable for sure. There are lots of vertical base scratches, too, but those should be less noticeable.

Kept working on adding head, countdown, and tail leader to our trailers.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Replaced the power cable for the fire alarm relay board in T1, playback should respond to the fire alarm in there now.

Got the auto wind mode on the T1 Kelmar working again (not sure if it ever worked actually), will do the same for T4 soon.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
