NPP Projection 4/16 Big Open - McKegg, Lillian, and Alec Triple Feature Edition
I sent an email to DMS regarding the issue in Th2 from last night, seems eerily similar to what's been happening in Th3. I asked DMS to order the same replacement parts for 2 as they did for 3. Touch panel controls have been restored. Th6 seems more benign, maybe a dislodged ethernet cable, but let's keep an eye on it. -AL
Got the screws out of the replacement surround for Th3. Mount has been attached and it'll go up on the wall on Thursday. -AL
Lillian and I replaced the LFE driver (subwoofer) that was removed from T2 and brought to T1. Then Lillian replaced the other bad one in T1. Woohoo! -AL
To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues: When I was running the reels of Eyes Wide Shut and Series of Unfortunate Events in Theater 1, I did a changeover from Projector 1 to Projector 2, but the sound was still coming from Projector 1. I didn't have a reel playing off Projector 2, but it's something to keep an eye on. (MC)
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a preliminary NoBudge playlist and made the corresponding volume/masking cue shifts following the tech. It still needs preshow and slides added. (MC)

Special Events/ AV set up: I double checked and we have enough chairs for the George Lucas event tonight - 7 chairs. MOD will assist Will with setting them up. 3 wireless mics for intro. 4 wireless mics for q&a. - L
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
Ordering/Receiving (content): Reached out to Deluxe for some info about the keys that should be coming in since it's coming down to the wire. Keys for La Chimera come in 4/17 (tomorrow) and the keys for Ministry and Sasquatch should be in this evening since their estimate was today, but PST instead of EST. Still waiting on Abigail info...the technician responded saying 'content was delivered' so I'm not sure if they my email wrong or if the feature is unencrypted. It's still ingesting to the TMS. Tomorrow I'll schedule staff screenings for all of these. - L

Maintenance/cleaning: We received boxes addressed to Cinema, but they wound up being the white cards for the tables. Brought them to Jared at the MOD station. - L

McKegg mentioned some difficulty with the c/o whilst teching today (which is referenced above.)He mentioned he wasn't sure if the monitor on the cp500 accounted for the c/o, so I'll run a few reels and check it out tomorrow. - L
