To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Communication failure alarm in theater 2 (dated 4/9/24 -- 9:01AM) says the connection to the ICP has been lost and use of the touchpad connected to the projector is also down

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added a volume cue and house lights up cue to the Dawn of the Dead show playlist so these can be tech'd tomorrow once the keys activate tonight

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Had to raise the volume during the screening of The Others in theater 2 but otherwise it went fine

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Added the extra Tarot one sheet to the poster cubby

Ordering/Receiving (content): Transferred Dawn of the Dead feature content to theater 1 + uploaded keys for Civil War and Love Lies Bleeding

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Spent the majority of the evening inspecting A Series of Unfortunate Events and uploaded some stills to the shared drive

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked and initialed

Marquee updated?: Removed Passenger 57 and added letters for The Ambulance

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
