NPP Projection Close 4/16

To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Civil War did not start as scheduled in theater 2, this was the final round, despite the pre-show playing without any issues, and the MODs alerted me to this as I was in booth 1 waiting for the Q&A there to finish. I went to booth 2 to assess the problem and, seeing the same connectivity failure alerts from yesterday, powered down the bulb and began the process of rebooting the machine. Once the bulb was cooled off I rebooted the projector and waited for it to connect to its server but, despite the green lights up and down the touch pad and on the marriage button on the side panel, the projector was still not showing up on the TMS and the IMS webpage could not be connected to. I tried to remarry the projector and server but was initially barred from doing so as the touchpad was preventing me from entering any numbers (as needed for the password to login under "marriage") but once I did log in the touch pad told me the marriage was "already active" and no further action was necessary. By this point some 15 minutes of the feature had passed and I told the MODs to move everyone from 2 into theater 1 (we were in correspondence during this time and Civil War was also playing in theater 1) since nothing I was doing was fixing the problem and the server was offline. I tried rewiring a few ethernet cables on the rack, then again on the side of the projector itself, placing them back as they were after trying to refresh and connect to the TMS and IMS, all to no avail. I rebooted everything once again, this time powering down via the outlet on the side panel, waited a few moments, then plugged the cable back in and powered on the machine and the projector via the touch panel. This final step did nothing to resolve the issue and the TMS and IMS are still not displaying any information.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up for trivia at Trees Lounge this afternoon (took a mic from theater 4 for the hosts and put this back in that theater's A/V bin afterwards)

I'm George Lucas... screening in theater 1 this evening went smoothly (set up the chairs prior to the show at Cristina's request and tested/left out 4 wireless mics for the to use for their intro and Q&A) -- note: the mics have not been put back as of this writing. MODs put back the chairs while I was addressing the issue in theater 2 but did not take the mics. I have reached out to Cristina regarding their whereabouts
