To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I built out the rest of the NoBudge Playlist. It should be set for Monday. I also built a new La Chimera playlist.

Made the intro slides for NoBudge and Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights.

I also started building the playlists for Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights and Runaway Train. Dogville, Matilda, and 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: I ran loops in Theater 1 for From Beyond tonight. 

Checked the setup for the laptop for the From Beyond Q&A, all good. The slideshow is open on the laptop with the bluetooth remote. -AL

Spotify playlist is open for the private event in 3/7 on the rack PC. No intro anymore, just the slide on screen for seating with the playlist, then the movie at 7. -AL

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Keys for Challengers uploaded. 

Started an ingest of Matilda to Theater 2. Reingested La Chimera for this coming weekend.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I filled out the cue sheets for this week. All that's missing is Fall Guy and Spoons timing. I also scheduled automation for next week, but just need some of the event playlists to be added in. 

Marquee updated?: Struck the front and left side marquee for the rental tonight and put their copy up on both sides. Chenelle helped out with the posters. -AL

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
