Projection Admin 4/15 Lillian



To do this evening/ was completed: T6 IMS went down towards the end of the first round (Dune), but since it was already in playback, the feature continued to play as normal. Then, during preshow in T2, the projector gave us a communication failure warning and a power supply fan warning and, yes, the APC is something, but we've been having network issues all day, apparently, or at least MOD has been having them, too. I powercycled/reseated T6 and that did the trick. We were late to seat in that theatre, but the rest of preshow/trailers were absolutely fine once we advanced the playlist. T2 (different-ish story) but this happened right after T6. Since the KDM error popped up on T2, I knew there was a strong, strong chance the feature wouldn't play and once the lights didn't go down during trailers, that was it. So I radioed MOD and told them we needed to powercycle (I should have done this earlier instead of gambling on it working and to MOD,  again I apologize). basically the same thing as T3). After re-seating the board I got the marriage connection up and running and went straight into the feature. We'll actually still be relatively on time for our final round. 6 minutes late, exactly, and there's about four tickets sold for final round. We should be just fine for the rest of the night, but should keep an eye on the TMS in case anything changes. I'm writing to DMS in detail, in the thread we already have established.

Ordering/Receiving (content): We got the She Wants Revenge trailer, which I ingested via the preshows/trailers drive and added to the R and PG13 trailers packs for this upcoming week. 

Built the playlists for the Rep PG13 and R titles. 

Uploaded keys for Civil War, Dune, Kong

Outgoing/Shipping (content): DHL came to pickup the prints!

Maintenance/cleaning: Ran loops for Cohen and Tate. Double checked the setup for this evening with wireless mics/Zoom recording. Cristina sent the link this morning. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked! 

Marquee updated?: Sorted the letters for and put up the whole boat load of titles on the front of the marquee for the Netflix rental tomorrow morning. They might need to rearrange, add or subtract some depending on how they're feeling, but we'll be there in the morning either way. They're coming at 10am, not 7am. Additionally, they just request that all the posters get taken down (not the lobby posters) which Will did this evening. I sorted the letters for the rest of the rental, which will be on the 35mm side, and Will is putting them up.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
