Projection Close 4/18



To do this evening/ was completed: T2 server went completely down on us this evening. I did my best to troubleshoot, but it's just that the equipment has gone south on us (not the projector, the server). Alec and I both contacted DMS and one of their technicians will be coming in to assist tomorrow so we can finally sort this out. We did have to cancel the last two rounds and I so appreciate MOD for being patient with us, I know you folks have got to interface with patrons directly and it's a major bummer when this stuff happens. 

Weekly update is out. Few new bits added to this week tech wise, and hopefully we can get everything sorted with T2 to safely proceed. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Scheduled more of the TMS. I built playlists for Abigail the other day but they mysteriously disappeared (?) so I built them again. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The Ambulance went very well in T1. Incredibly fun movie and was nice to see our very own Mr. Alec Lane in the audience for it. Some of the reels on P1 would shift out of focus during the m/c to c/c, which I had never seen before but Alec has encountered this at times.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
