Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a show playlist for the private Mamma Mia! screening in theater 7 tomorrow (this needs to be tech'd in the morning and have a lights up cue added for credits)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The First Wives Club played without issue in theater 2 this afternoon + Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore screening in theater 1 went smoothly (the print is a bit soft looking throughout and a quick focus adjustment was needed during the second reel due to some light warping)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Ran loops prior to the Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore screening and wound the reels back to their heads following the show

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Carly noted a few rounds in theaters 3 and 5 ended a few minutes ahead of schedule so I cross referenced the TMS scheduling tab and the largest gap between the show playlists and cue sheets is two minutes (negligible but worth noting) + double checked the cue sheets for tomorrow and noted the same two minute discrepancy

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
