NPP Projection 5/13 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Avoided one before the last round as The Fall Guy was improperly scheduled for a CCAP show and not an OCAP one

T6 went offline during its final round -- the show playlists disappeared from the TMS/the IMS failed to load -- but the feature continued playing without any issues (update: the lights did not trigger during the credits and needed to be brought up manually after the show)

Special Events/ AV set up: The Amazing Spider-Man 2 screening in theater 1 this evening went well + left the reels tails out since we are waiting on confirmation from Sony as to whether or not they want the extra film spliced onto/shipped back with the print

Maintenance/cleaning: Could not download interrogator logs to USB in T1 despite running them from operator, marriage, and service users and was unable to press the button on the touchpad to complete this process (placed the USB back in its port on the side of the projector after seeing it did not have any files on it following the first run of interrogator files)

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Two minute discrepancy between cue sheet start/end credit times and the TMS scheduling tab continues (this evening I Saw the TV Glow is the culprit) + double checked the cue sheets for tomorrow and adjusted all credit times/initialed for confirmation

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
