To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: No further issues with T6 this evening following Alec's repairs

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Refrained from building show playlists for Furiosa and Hit Man since these require pre-show content we are still waiting to have uploaded to the shared drive

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Took some fifteen minutes to rehearse and lock in volume adjustments and lighting cues with the performers before the Carrie in theater 2 (everything ultimately got pushed back by about ten minutes on the cue sheets) and all of it went smoothly + basketball game was put on at Trees

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Furiosa and Kill Bill Vol. 1 feature content became available this evening and was ingested to the TMS 

Downloaded and ingested files for Generic_v10_15min and PS_FR_Furiosa_25/5min files (waiting for the Generic_v10_5min and Generic_GeorgeMiller folders to be uploaded to the shared drive)

Uploaded keys for Spider-Man: Homecoming to the TMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Brought Dune (1984) and The Flintstones prints to the side entrance for their scheduled pickups

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
