To do this evening/ was completed: Hey folks. I know the schedule is still funky, but please remember to schedule staff screenings on the TMS if you're building them. Thanks!

Presentation Issues: 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all new A1 playlists! Signed my initials on the trailer doc. Just need the Rep/ SEs built (with what's available)

Tech'd First Wives Club along with the slide and adjusted the playlists accordingly. Looks and sounds great!

Trailer Updates: Made all new trailer packs for the week of 5/17! 

Special Events/ AV set up: Mathew sent over the game info for tonight. We'll have the Knicks game on in Trees @7pm. Channel 574! I've put this info up on the board just in case. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ingested Harold and the Purple Crayon, Hit Man REV, AQP Family, etc. 

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received the new preshow content from Kat. Downloaded all new available content: Tarantino 25min PS, IF 5min/15min/25min, Forecasts and Trailers Dead or Alive/BCB. 

Received the prints of Drop Dead Gorgeous and The Pope of Greenwich Village. Both have been brought down to T1. 

Received and ingested the features of IF

Ingested Mamma Mia and sent this to T7 - it's in T7 now. Playlist can get built!

Got the Star Trek BluRay from Cristina. There is no beta key (for MakeMKV) for the month of May, despite the fact that folks online said it was working for them up until yesterday. McKegg actually reached out to me about this today, too, since he's also trying to rip a BluRay today. Sent out an email to Mathew and Alec as I've been thinking for awhile that it'd be good to just get official versions with a lifetime key. It's cheap! We've got the green light. Update: purchased this evening! Should get the download soon. I'll let y'all know when it's available.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated today with new info. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Ran Dune (1984) for Cristina in T1. Looks good! Volume info noted on its white card. Film rewound. 

Today I learnt that there's a very cute hobbit hole for the T5 booth - very helpful access door. 

Spent some time tidying around the projector in T2 this morning. Checked to make sure the hatch is closed since it's bound to rain. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Checked and tinkered with. Filled out the offset information for The Amazing Spiderman 2, First Wives Club, Dune (1984), Mamma Mia, Flintstones.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
