Projection Admin 5/15

To do this evening/ was completed: Had a great cinema meeting earlier today. We're doing just fine content wise, but John has reached out to Sony on our behalf since we don't have Spiderman-Homecoming, and it plays this Monday. Also reached out about Kill Bill Vol 1 since we don't have this either and need it not just for next weekend, but 5/22 double feature day. UPDATE: We actually have Spiderman Homecoming - a ton of Spiderman titles are on one of the CRU drives we received, it's just not immediately noticeable. This is currently ingesting in T1.

Staff Screenings have been emailed out, are scheduled on both the TMS and the Google calendar. 

Presentation Issues: T6 went down during first round today. We rebooted the projector and it's done the trick for now. I told Carly just so she's in the know, and both Alec and Will are onsite now for this evening. 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Carrie the feature along with each music piece in the playlist for tomorrow. Everything looks/sounds great. Playlist is updated. 

Built the playlist for Ponyo, Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Back to Black. 

Trailer Updates: We're not updating the trailer packs just yet for A1 (next week, 5/24, is when we'll add in that The Feeling... trailer!) Please don't change anything for 5/17. We're all set! 

Special Events/ AV set up: Flintstones playlist set for tonight! Ran loops this afternoon -WB

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): One sheets for The Crow remake were delivered -WB

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received the trailer and other assets for The Feeling That the Time for Doing Something Has Passed. Downloaded and ingested the trailer. 

Uploaded new keys for Civil War, Back to Black, The Fall Guy. Reached out to Deluxe as I saw we were still missing the keys for IF. They got back to me almost immediately with the keys. We're all set there. Both Back to Black and IF will be active starting tomorrow. 

The KDMs weren't showing up for IF despite having ingested them, so I checked the DCPs that were ingested and ingested the other versions (without atmos). Keys looked active before, but now it's all matching up. Playlists have been updated. 

Looks like the 5min_V2 preshow for Back to Black had been downloaded but failed, so I redownloaded it to the preshow and trailers drive, along with the rest of the preshow materials. the 5min, 15min, and 25min have all been ingested. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Deleted the Civil War preshow from each individual server/TMS

Maintenance/cleaning: I took a look at the xlr ports in Trees where the cable got stuck a good long while ago. I took the case off and checked out the back of the problem port and it just seems to be the close/release mechanism that's faulty and reason it's stuck in there. It works still, of course, it's just stuck. So that it's not on the floor (even when coiled) I put it up on the second hook. 

Will came in for his mid/closing shift. Ran loops for T1 this evening. Adjusted the titles for 35mm/dcp SE in 4/6. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Private event details added. Scheduled shows in T7 for this upcoming week (mostly was missing Back to Black). 

Marquee updated?: Yes. Will adjusted the 35mm side today.
