To do this evening/ was completed: Had a few great meetings today. We're looking good on content, just waiting on delivery for Free Time. You can find more information about the week ahead in the weekly update which I sent out this afternoon! Please feast your eyes upon it. Much appreciated. 

I shared the wedding video DCP from Saturday with the couple at their/Chenelle's request. Please don't delete this off the T1 iMac until I get confirmation from them that they've downloaded it. -AL

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Staff Screening playlists have been built, scheduled on the TMS, and are blocked on the calendar. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Corrected the second slide for the second intro (Kill Bill Vol 2) tonight. Playlist is all set - double checked everything and let Desmond know we're all good. Should be one helluva show! 

Ran loops for tonight.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): We received Band of Outsiders. Ingested to the TMS. KDMs are all set. 

Ingesting Spiderman: Far From Home directly to T2 today. It's almost done. CRU drive is in the booth. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): This is in the weekly update email, but posting here just in case - We are keeping the print of Kill Bill Vol 2 for the Sunday brunch screening! I would like to keep the DCP as back up, though, so please keep it on the TMS!

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. 

Marquee updated?: Moved Band of Outsiders down to the bottom row with "Weekend Brunch" next to it since it's not part of the Mubi sponsored series.

Posters updated?: Swapped out Garfield with A Quiet Place 2 since we're not getting Garfield for Memorial Day weekend!

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
