Tech'd both Furiosa and Hit Man for image/sound/accurate credits info. Furiosa looks really, really cool. 

Sent out an update with new staff screening info so folks know we're doing a Kill Bill V2 screening. 

The KDM for Band of Outsiders will be active starting tomorrow. Can tech then.

Had a look through the June calendar today to get ahead on a few things and since we're playing Cora Bora on 6/11, which we've shown for NewFest (or NoBudge...cannot remember) I figured there'd be a chance we still have it on the drive and we do! Emailed Desmond to see if the filmmakers would be cool with us using the one we already have or if they've made changes since then. Update: we're gonna wait until they send us the new one. It might be the same DCP. We'll see. 

A/C is still off in 3/7, Palco was here yesterday but still haven't been able to repair it. I turned on the powerful blue fan, and that definitely helps with airflow. Please leave the 3/7 door open for tonight. -A

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: All A1 playlists for 5/31 have been built! I adjusted the Hit Man playlists for 5/17 (last of today), and 5/24 with house lights up info. Furiosa is also good to go! 

Built the following SE playlists: Pope of Greenwich Village, Band of Outsiders

Trailer Updates: Ingested the trailer for Fly Me to the Moon from Deluxe. 

Also, it's not written in the email, but I downloaded and ingested the Sandpiper trailer for the Drop Dead Gorgeous show. 

Built all new trailer packs for A1 features for 5/31. 

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received new content from Kat. Downloaded and ingest what's available. The rest will be available Wednesday EOD. Just a reminder: there's no need to download the Misfit Alley preshow for June as we're not doing any Misfit Alley shows until July! 

Please note: the 15min & 5min Kirsten Dunst preshow is still uploading to the drive. It is not listen in the email, but it's for Drop Dead Gorgeous. I have downloaded and ingested the 25min preshow! Please keep an eye on this tonight and ingest. Thanks! 

Reached out to Deluxe to check in about the keys for Spiderman: Far From Home, but they got back to me with a "non authorized booking" response, so I looped in the cinema team. The sales are correct, but the listed dates for Homecoming (which we showed on 5/20) and Far From Home accidentally got swapped (not our fault! but easy to miss with all the titles being so dang similar). Cristina reached out to Dave at Sony to make sure we get the keys on time. Update: keys will be released EOD!

Maintenance/cleaning: I checked on the turrets in Theater 1, I think I got the P2 one set to a good place, it was slightly over tightened before. Ran loops on both and they look good! The lenses were a little bit smudgey so I cleaned them in the process. -A

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Filled out the info for Band of Outsiders and Kill Bill Volumes 1 & 2

Marquee updated?: Took down Abigail, Monkey Man, and Civil War. Put up Furiosa and Hit Man.

Posters updated?: Moved posters around a bit, they're up to date and all the now showings are outside. Added Kinds of Kindness and Maxxxine to coming soon.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
