Projection Close 5/11

To do this evening/ was completed: Lots of HI/VI devices needed this evening, as well as ADA access. Certainly got my squats in. Quiet night otherwise. Some important notes about Drop Dead Gorgeous below.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked the playlists for this upcoming week/all the SEs we have in the coming days.

Trailer Updates: Checked trailer packs, made notes about new trailers/swaps.

Special Events/ AV set up: Game went on just fine in Trees.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Inspected all of Drop Dead Gorgeous. It took me a really long time to safely inspect reel four as the shipping reel broke (almost) in half, and because the core (not a detachable core like the ones we use for trailers) was still protruding out and over the film on its newly exposed side, so I couldn't even transfer it to one of our split reels. (I've added a photo below for reference as this is kind of hard to describe). I wound up putting it as is on the work bench and just moving very, very slowly, which was perfectly fine. I've had to do this once before and it's not fun, but it could be worse. The shipping reels are extremely flimsy. This doesn't screen until June, so most reels are on shipping reels tails out ready for house reels once the time comes - all apart from the first reel, which does not have a shipping reel (hence the broken one), so I'm keeping it on a house reel. When we go to send this back, we can put it whichever reel on a core and insulate the box a little more. The print itself is super nice and will look great on screen. I'm very excited to see this one!

Photos have been added to the drive for Conrad.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Well I completely missed it in the purchase confirmation email I received from MakeMKV that the license key was already in there! I entered it into the software and we're good to go! Started ripping the Star Trek BluRay.

Mopped the T1 booth.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes! Checked. Initialed.
