Projection Close 5/8



To do this evening/ was completed: Wedding video for the rental on 5/18 in T3 finished transcoding in T1. I copied it to a drive. This has been ingested. I'll get eyes on it tomorrow to make sure it looks/sounds good. 

Presentation Issues: T6 stayed sound. 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked the playlist/ cue sheet info for Born Innocent, which screens tomorrow. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Free Party in T3 went very well. They scrapped the mic last minute, which was totally fine. Just wanted to speak without one is all. Host was super happy with how it looked/ sounded, I just brought the volume up a little bit. 

Setup karaoke in Trees. Started a  little late, but that's all fine.  Mixer/cables/mics have been reorganized. It was quite loud but I didn't get any complaints or get any bleeding in the surrounding screening rooms. 
Mixer is back in T4. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received and ingested the keys for First Wives Club. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Inspected the first five reels of Dune (1984), which has seen better days, but most of the imagery is still in great condition though. I haven't checked the timecode, but it doesn't look like it was truck that long ago, probably early - mid 2000s reprint. I'll finish the last bit tomorrow. 

Print pics are up on the drive! Got some great title grabs.

Maintenance/cleaning: Cleaned the surfaces/computer in T1.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
