Staff Screenings are out, on the TMS, and blocked on the calendar. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made CCAP/OCAP playlists for Babes, but there's no playlist info for it on the trailer list (reached out to Kat about this) so I have generic preshow in there at the moment. We can swap it easily if need be. Update: Kat confirmed generic preshow so we're all set! 

Trailer Updates: Updated the PG13 and R trailer packs for 5/31 with Janet Planet trailer. 

Special Events/ AV set up: I checked the 1.66 lenses and plates for the T1 projectors, since Crash is 1.66 I believe, and will be the first time we've used these lenses and plates. Both plates needed filing so I did that. Then I put the 1.85 lenses back in and refocused them. -alec

Mics and chairs are ready to go in T3 for the intro and Q&A tonight. -alec

I shared the Google Drive folder with the folks from the Lesbian Bar Project so they can upload the DCP there since DropBox is still not working.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated today with tracking info for the Sundays on Fire print. Received the tracking for Cora Bora. Should be here by tomorrow. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Changed most all of the air intake filters on the Christies, just need to change the one for T7 (we have them, just ran out of time before opening) and the large one for T2 (which we need more of, I've placed an order with DMS). -alec

Mentioned this in the Weekly Update, but we are now getting a print of Bad Education. The Event Calendar has been updated and I adjust the white board in the 4/6 booth. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Made the cue sheets for the week of 5/31 - 6/6. Added info for Babes in the formula section/sheets. 

Started scheduling the TMS with the shows for this upcoming week.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
