NPP Projection Admin 6/16

To do this evening/ was completed: Reset all lighting panels throughout the building due to the fire alarm that went off after closing last night

Rebooted the theater 6 projector since it was not connected to its IMB this morning

Presentation Issues: The second round in theater 2 was delayed by five minutes since the show playlist was paused and needed to be started manually

Cleaning lights in theater 4 did not go down at the start of the first round despite the panel reset this morning...keeping an eye on whether or not these will go down at the start of the trailers (update: the lights did not go down at the start of the trailers and the cue needed to be triggered via the rack panel...going to try triggering the fire alarm clear cue between rounds // update 2: fire alarm clear cue was triggered successfully but no other automations are working...going to see if rebooting the IMS between rounds will do anything to resolve this issue // update 3: rebooted the IMS and the light panel on the A/V rack again and nothing seems to be fixing this...fire alarm clear cue still functional but nothing else seems to be working normally...passing on this information to Jack but every show in theater 4 will need its lights controlled manually for the rest of the evening)

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd and added credit start time cues to the show playlists for Humanist Vampire... and Star Trek III and update the cue sheets accordingly

Began downloading pre-show file elements for A Quiet Place to the pre-show and trailers external hard drive

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Mulholland Drive screening in theater 1 this afternoon went very well

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
