NPP Projection Close 6/19



To do this evening/ was completed: Hellraiser playlist was missing the breakdown slide so I added it. I know that was tech'd last night but I don't see a volume so might have to run it again. Also the playlist doesn't have a volume for the performance video clip after the intro. Are we running music through nonsync? If not volume might have to get checked for that piece as well.

Cloud Atlas letters down, DOA up.

Keys uploaded for Babes, Furiosa, I Saw the TV Glow, Tuesday and Challengers.

Student film DCPs ingested to T1, built a playlist titled Private_StudentFilmSeries_062024. All Q&A slides have the house lights coming up at two seconds and back down at 57 seconds. Not sure what the preference will be for lights during Q&As so you may have to adjust accordingly. Tech'd all the films after the last round in 1. 5.0 sounds good for all of them aside from 5th Grade, which sounds best around 4.0-4.5.

Humanist Vampire intro, screening and Q&A went smoothly, Q&A uploaded to Drive. Mics broken down afterward.

Someone associated with Make Me Famous (producer I believe) came by and asked to do a brief intro before the film. Ran it by MOD, then brought the lights up for her at the beginning of the film.

Cloud Atlas print scheduled for pickup tomorrow 12-6 pm. Print is by the side entrance.

Made a playlist for Basic Instinct with all of the volume cues attached. I see there's already been a playlist made without that info. Whoops. Will leave both intact for now.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
