Special Events/ AV set up: Spoons, Toons & Booze was set up earlier today (thank you Lillian) and the show went smoothly (cable management remains a nightmare since everything once left neatly coiled is pulled taut and turned into a cluttered mess on the hosts' table but alas...the show must go on) *note: all the gear for this was left organized beneath the curtain for the brunch show this Saturday*

NBA Finals coverage began this evening (sigh) and the game was put on at Trees for any guests interested in watching *it seems like ABC will be airing this entire series so the channel list on the dry erase board in 4/6 has been updated accordingly*

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Additional Deadpool & Wolverine and Alien: Romulus posters + new Blink Twice one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for Top Secret!

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Removed feature content for Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes following its final show this evening

Maintenance/cleaning: A box of Christie air filters was delivered and brought up to the 4/6 booth

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked the cues and cross referenced the TMS scheduling tab

Marquee updated?: Removed Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes and added letters for Bad Boys 4 and Garfield

Posters updated?: Removed Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes and replaced it with Bad Boys 4

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
