NPP Projection Report 6/19 Open (and kind of an admin)
To do this evening/ was completed: The last short for the student film series tomorrow morning is converting onto the DCPIV drive. Please ingest all 4 (there are two 3rd grade shorts) to Theater 1 and check them for volume levels tonight after the last round lets out. Please also build the playlist from the run of show in the event memo here.
-Will told me this weekend that there was no mention of the cue in there which is strange since this has been the procedure for some time (since the dawn of NPP in fact). But it does indeed appear that info was never put in there. I've updated it. The special note about 3/7 is in there already, although there was a note to reset one of the breakers in 3/7 which you don't need to do. Just unplug/plug back in the circuit board.
Did some clearing off of the "Preshow & Trailers" hard drive. My intention with this was to keep a back up of Generic preshows and certain SE preshows somewhere other than the TMS in case we need them in the future, but if it works to download new preshow/trailers to it every Friday thats fine let's just keep it organized. In general I think it's a good idea to keep the DCPIV and DCPIII drives for feature downloads and in-house DCP making of features, shorts, and slides. Since these are portable they can be brought to a different booth to ingest directly to an IMS if needed. It also will just keep things cleaner and simpler to always put features & in-house DCPs on these drives. I transferred every current transitional onto DCPIV and all current preshows and trailers onto the Preshow & Trailers drive. Made folders to sort content by type on both drives as well, please use them.
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded/ingested the Action How to Order PSA and added it to all PG-13 & R playlists. This is supposed to replace the Godzilla one for Pg-13 and up this Friday. You can usually find these policies we've used before in the PSAs folder on the Projection & Content shared Google drive.
