NPP Projection Report 6/22 Open


To do this evening/ was completed: Please put the Euro soccer matches on in Trees. There are multiple per day, so we should put them all on on weekends and the last match (which starts at 3pm) on weekdays. These will be on either 505 (Fox HD) or 583 (Fox Sports HD) so just check those channels and if you see people playing soccer, you should put it on in Trees.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled the A Quiet Place playlists and filled those in on Thursday's cue sheet.

Ditto Janet Planet and Kinds of Kindness, only those playlists were already built.

Raised the volume for the feature to 5.8 in all Inside Out playlists. 5.0 was definitely too quiet especially with the big crowds. Personally, I think 5.5 should be our default volume for DCP features. 5.0 is maybe OK for the smaller houses, but 5.5 is generally a good level for the building (though of course depends on the movie).

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Before Sunset and the proposal beforehand went very well. Handed the hosts' blu-ray off to Raekwon. However, I completely forgot they had rented the marquee for this. Chenelle emailed us about it and it was on the event memo, so that's fully my bad. Paul spoke to the client and they were luckily still at the theater celebrating so I put their message up around 3pm for them to take pictures.

Little Rascals and Conan the Destroyer DCPs played fine. Though similarly to the mote above I raised them to 5.5 and updated the playlists.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Wrote to P3 (Universal) and A24 to request Despicable Me 4 and Janet Planet posters. Both should arrive early in the week.

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Talented Mr. Ripley. Very nice print. Not sure if anyone has any more pics but I made a folder on Google Drive, sent it to Conrad and the Cinema dept.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Made next week's spreadsheet with Janet Planet, A Quiet Place, and Kinds of Kindness formulas. No timing filled in yet, of course.

Posters updated?: Took down Fall Guy, moved Bikeriders over to that spot. Brought Kinds of Kindness outside and hung up Longlegs in the lobby.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
