NPP Projection Report 6/9 Open

To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added credit lights cue to Top Secret (using the timecode from Deluxe, I didn't tech it so should still be looked at tomorrow) and entered the time on the cue sheet for tomorrow.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Sundays on Fire timing wasn't filled in this morning, partly my bad as I could've checked yesterday but still, cue sheet checking remains a nightly task.

The show itself went well. The print looked pretty good despite being covered in specks and lines (and this movie looks wild, I must check). The intro went a bit longer than anticipated (FOUR prizes this month), and I think we got a longer cut of the movie than we thought. IMDb says the US cut is 90 min and since we got the English dub that's the logical guess and what was on the event memo, but I think this was the 98 minute cut. All of this is to say the feature ended about 10 minutes later than what I put on the cue sheet from the memo. It happens, though, especially with these movies, no biggie!

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): I started a new DCP of Ratatouille since I'd like to save this one for the future and it should have 5.1 audio. Cooking directly onto the DCPIII drive.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Reinspected and packed up Eagle's Shadow. Just needs a shipping label printed and a pickup scheduled.

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Cleaned the projectors after the show in T1 today since the print was pretty vinegary. Gave the house reels it touched a wipe down as well.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Projection cart by entrance?:
