To do this evening/ was completed: The new DCP of Ratatouille that Alec made finished transcoding this afternoon. I ingested this to T1 Please delete the previous once it's finished ingesting!

Friendly reminder that Desmond would like to tech Crash tomorrow.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlists for the school screenings this week! Inside Out/IF 
Ratatouille can get built tonight!

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Built and scheduled the last min school screening for IF tomorrow in T5, starting 10am!

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat sent a revised forecast (B) today for the 6/14. Ingested this to the TMS and updated all the playlists (including SE).

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated the white board in 4/6 with ingest/key info. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Great cleaning day.
*Swept and mopped the T1 and 4/6 booths. 
*Cleaned the port glass and lenses. 
*Went for the staircases since they collect loads of dirt and grime, which we likely pickup and drag in. Vacuumed both T1 and 4/6, wiping them down as well. Got a lot of dirt/dust bunnies out. Feels good to have a reset.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Added the formula information for Inside Out 2 to the cue sheets, along with the Thursday's showtimes info. Didn't get a pdf ingest letter in my personal, but you can usually find them, with the credits info, in the KDM email. I will say that whilst there's ten min of credits, that is starting at the official credits timecode and not the crawl, so once the kdm is received/open, we can see if it makes more sense to change it to the crawl timecode. I also added in the formula info for Tuesday, which we can adjust (if need be) once we're able to tech it. 

Marquee updated?: I don't believe anyone noted changing the marquee yesterday, but it must've been updated yesterday since The Last Starfighter is there. Thank you!

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
