To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all - please remember that we never put school screening info on the cue sheets. Not sure why this happened, but there was some confusion today as the sheets for this upcoming week contained all school screenings as first round. They've been updated. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd the preshow and features for Inside Out 2 and Tuesday. Adjusted volume for Tuesday (surprisingly soft in some areas). Playlists/cues are all set! 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Crash is ready for T1 tonight - projectors/1.66 lenses are set. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded the keys for Babes and The Last Starfighter. Keys for Last Starfighter go live tomorrow morning!

Confirming here are making the DCPs for the Student Film Series next week (6/20). Chenelle sent over the materials this morning and we started downloading/transcoding. I ingested the first (3rd grade interviews) as well as the second (4th grade) to T1. We can do the third one this evening as well. 

Found the DVD for Before Sunrise for the proposal. I ripped this in MakeMKV, then put it through Handbrake, where it's finishing up. Please DCP this, too!

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
