Can someone confirm which is the correct playlist for Basic Instinct? There's two that are very similar but I'm going to assumed it's the one that says "+performance?" Thank you!

Tech'd The Bikeriders today, which looks/sounds excellent. 

I checked the TMS schedule for the rest of the week and noticed that a babies screening wasn't on for Tuesday. Built the playlist and scheduled it. Please remember that we have these every Tuesday!

Since I got my days mixed up, I missed our cinema meeting this morning but emailed with the team about content and met with Cristina, in Trees, this afternoon, to hash out a few things. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I tech'd all of the Hellraiser playlist and added volume, lens/masking information to the breakdown slide and the short film. We can, of course adjust volume depending on the crowd, but I think the chosen volumes are perfectly fine. 

Playlists for Dead or Alive and Dangerous Game are built. 

Received and ingested The Little Rascals! Please build the playlist(s) for this tonight, if possible. Not the end of the world if it doesn't get done as I can do it tomorrow. 

Trailer Updates: 

Special Events/ AV set up: Our Student Film Festival went extremely well today. Rae and I communicated throughout the whole thing. We had pauses in between for the kids to do a proper bathroom break and stretch, but got all the Q&As and shorts sorted just before 1pm. They made some really impressive research films. 

Lenses/Plates have been set to 1.85 for Hellraiser this evening. 

Chenelle confirmed the private screening of Inside Out 2 tomorrow morning. Couldn't find the event memo for this when I searched, but Chenelle had tagged us in it and I guess it just didn't show up! Weird! Anyhow, playlist is built and scheduled. I did notice on the film schedule that Matthew sent out that this is to be in T2, but on the event calendar and memo it says T1. I've told Chenelle for clarification. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Spent a good deal of time this morning trying to figure out what happened with Little Rascals as we had conflicting information about a print being delivered with no tracking info, and then a DCP being expedited. Turns out, something went wrong with circuiting the print (we weren't supposed to get one anyway) but they're expediting a DCP (we already have keys for this! ingested today) which will arrive tomorrow. 

Received and ingested the CCAP and OCAP DCPs of Kinds of Kindness. Note: we only received 5.1 versions. a

Janet Planet feature DCPs came in this afternoon! Ingested. 

John reached out to a rep at Lionsgate for the tracking info for Dead or Alive. They said they'd get back to us soon. 

Received, DCP'd and ingested the slides for both Dangerous Game and Dead or Alive. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):  Brought up some BluRays to the 4/6 booth from T1. We'll likely give the Linklater one back to the Proposal hosts. 

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated today with SE info. 

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. 

Marquee updated?: Yes! I added The Bikeriders and tomorrow we can add Thelma. 

Posters updated?: Updated The Bikeriders poster with a 'Now Showing' sign

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
