Projection Admin 6/6
To do this evening/ was completed: Tech'd Bad Boys 4 and Garfield. Both look and sound great! Playlists are all set.
Not a single soul came to the Garfield staff screening, so I turned it off and got ready for Spoons a little earlier. Saves us some lamp life!
Presentation Issues: Jared radioed me at the very beginning of preshow for first round in T3 because the cleaning lights didn't go down. I reset the panels in the booth. Easy enough fix, though. Then Carly radioed me for T4, which also needed to be reset. No major setback, but a little annoying. Juan was in a and out of the booth when I came in this morning, so my assumption is that I had to reset these due to maintenance. I checked all the other theatres.
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built Just Another Girl and Inside Out 2 playlists
Downloaded and ingested the Generic Pixar preshow.
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: Setup the wireless mics in T1 with our new portable receiver box. (I turned off the three receivers in the booth as we won't need those on tonight. Three mics are ready to go and are in their respective charging ports for battery life before the show. The box has been neatly stored beneath the curtain with all xlr cables connected, coiled and set, so they can stay in that position for the rest of the evening. I set the levels on each panel to what I think is appropriate. Just zip down the front of the box to expose the panels you can turn the three of them on when the time comes. Turn on the powerstrip (receiver box will immediately turn on) then flip the switch on the mixer and spotlight board. The spotlight board and Aja are on the table to the right of the receiver box, so you can pull it out for the hosts. Laptop connection has been tested alongside the mics/spots. Don't forget to choose Non Sync on the processor!

Maintenance/cleaning: Vacuumed/cleaned the projectors (not the lamp area!) in T4 with the old vacuum as it's a little softer for those.
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated cue sheets with info for Just Another Girl. Checked the event memo and saw that it was labeled as having a 92 min runtime but it's actually 97 min. Adjusted in both areas!
Marquee updated?: I organized the letters for Bad Boys and Garfield in advance so we can put them up first thing tomorrow.
