To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screenings went just fine - curious about T2 as it hasn't been automating the past few staff screenings. 

Tech'd The Feeling in T3 this morning. I added 2 minutes of black (with the house lights up cue attached to it) to the Sunday playlist (Saturday is different, Sunday is a regular SE playlist) because the credits scene lingers on the last image and it just feels a little better to keep the lights down for it. Cue sheets have been adjusted.

New air filters placed on bottom shelf of 4/6 bookcase.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all new A1 playlists for 6/14! Loads of R rated features. 

Built the following Rep/SE playlists: Last Starfighter, Spock, Mulholland Drive.

Trailer Updates: Updated the PG, PG13 and R rated trailer packs with separate R packs as per Kat's sheet. 

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ingested the 3rd version trailer for The Bikeriders. 

Also ingested the new BCB_V2 trailer. Swapped it. 


Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested all new 6/14 content:

Received the BluRat of Ratatouille. Ripped this MakeMKV, put it through Handbrake.  This is for the private on 6/13. Please DCP once finished! 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Confirmed that the print of Bad Education goes back to The Academy. Labels are printed out, print will get picked up tomorrow morning. It's all set on the black cart.

Maintenance/cleaning: Went through all the showtimes today in the lobby to make sure nothing was out of place on the display board. It was acting up yesterday, but only missed one showtime. Figured filmbot was just experiencing a glitch or two. We're all set for today. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked today and the weekend. The Feeling info has been added. Babies playlist is all set for this week. Noted on the sheets. 

Marquee updated?: Double checked the marquee and posters. 

Posters updated?: Yes.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
