To do this evening/ was completed: We're waiting on keys for The Sting. Jack, if they're not in by the end of the night can you email John/Deluxe tomorrow?

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Ingested the M Night Shyamalan preshow clip for the Trap playlist.

Built the Fievel playlist for Sunday and The Manitou.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Put the Beyond the Door trailer on a house reel, ran it to check volume in T4. This'll play before The Manitou next week.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We got posters for Afraid

Ordering/Receiving (content): The Blade print arrived (August Sundays on Fire title)

Outgoing/Shipping (content): The Gate is going out tonight.

Print/video Inspection: Inspected the first four reels of The Blade. It's in good condition, though the first can has a light vinegar scent. Some light warping, too. This should present very well though. This 105 minute movie is on 11 reels (which is actually not too surprising since it's a HK movie, we just usually get the shorter reels built up onto longer ones to make about 20 minutes). Will be a fun one!

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Put a small fan up by the Apple TV in Trees to hopefully cool it down up there a bit.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
