To do this evening/ was completed: Early July 4th shows went off just fine. I did come in this morning to find that T6 IMB connection was lost, but rebooting the projector calmed it down. No issues after that. ept an eye on it throughout the day. Please continue to keep an eye on this throughout the evening, just in case. Let me know if you need assistance! 

Staff screenings have been built/scheduled on the TMS and blocked on the calendar. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the SE playlists for Oceans Eleven, Cheap Killers (SOF), Set it Off, Shouting at the Screen, Little Shop of Horrors    
(for Shouting at the Screen and Little Shop of Horrors, I noted on the trailer sheet as still needing to be QC'd). 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Hunt for the Wilder People finished transcoding early this afternoon. Ingested this directly to T6. 

Built the playlist for the private Hunt for the Wilder People on 7/11. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Still waiting on Little Shop of Horrors. Tracking info is up on the 4/6 desktop. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): I reached out to Ian and Max (since I believe John is off for the holiday) so we can get the green light for an additional staff screening. If not, we'll get it packaged up and sent out asap. I'll keep an eye on my email for info and will pass it along! 

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes!

Maintenance/cleaning: Wiped down surfaces in 4/6. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked for Friday and Saturday/Sunday! 
Adjusted info for Spoons next week as it was slightly off and added the end time. Added info for Lupin (apparently there's no credits sequence, but we still need to tech this.)

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
