To do this evening/ was completed: This morning when I got in I made the rounds to check in with each booth/rack, the fire alarm settings, etc, to make sure nothing was out of place as per yesterday's power trip. Nothing looked out of the ordinary. - L
Presentation Issues:
Preshow Clips/Playlist: *The new DCP for Dr. Black and Mr. Hyde looks and sounds good! It's all in sync, thank goodness. I let everyone know, but Cristina will still want to take a peek at it tomorrow. I think 3.5 Volume is probably best. It's definitely on the loud side. - L

*Got the credits info for UFH, Teknolust and Shouting at the Screen.
Teknolust looks and sounds great. Tech'd the slide, too.
KDM opened up - tech'd The People Under the Stairs for this evening. All set.
Scheduled the Thursday Twisters shows. - L
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up:
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
Ordering/Receiving (content): Received the keys for Maxxxine/Despicable Me
Outgoing/Shipping (content):
Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting The Gate and uploaded stills to the shared drive (note: added some grease cues to the third reel since the scribe cues were a bit worn down and hard to see) -WB
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Maintenance/cleaning: FYI - when I changed the lamps in 3/7, back in late April, I accidentally entered the hours wrong (it automatically put 1800 in). I checked in on them today and they read as though they were halfway through their life expectancy, but that's not true. Both should have 3000 hours on them, and the info entered wouldn't have affected anything, but I was curious as to whether or not I could adjust this as I've never had to make that change and turns out you can! So, if you go to the Light History section, you'll see all the lamps installed, the most recent one you can click on to adjust the Reason for Change and the number of hours used, but not the expiry hours, which is what I wanted to change. What you really do to change the info is just enter the info again (add a light) - the exact same serial number, too, but just adjust the expiry hours (in this case, 3000) and enter the total hours used. Very easy. - L

Did a deep clean with the port glass in 4, 6 and and 1 today. I took off the actual windows to the thick layer of dust off the sill that's in the actual theatre. It's really, really clean now for the glass for the digital projector in 4/6, analogue and digital windows in 1. This was particularly helpful in T4 due to all the maintenance. I'm going to do the analogue windows in 4 on Wednesday (it was tough with all the dust and maintenance work still going on in there until late. Anyway, we'll be alright in these screening rooms for a good while. - L
