Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made all the SE playlists for the week of 8/23, apart from But I'm a Cheerleader. Jack made the intro and outro slides, I made all the music DCPs for the performances (we might have to redo the last last if the curtain call song is the music we were provided with today, and just attach the music to the slide. Easy fix. We're waiting on one song, but everything else is good to go. L

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Reached out to a few folks for DCP drop offs. We might have someone come by today (Adrian) or tomorrow. - L

Received the KDM for La Llorna (which will be good for awhile starting second week of October!)- L

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received the trailers from Kat - uploaded Substance/ reeks like teen spirit teaser (no proper link yet) L

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Put The Limey up on screen in theater 2 and added a "house lights up" cue to its show playlist

We received the 2nd can of Superstar - inspected this. Print is in great condition. Rest of the photos are on the drive. - L

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Will told me that the toilet seat in the gender neutral restroom flew off the hinges and so I texted Juan, but he said he wouldn't be available until tomorrow, so I fixed it myself as best I could. Needs to be tighter, but everything is back on. L

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
