NPP Projection Close 8/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Inspected the last three reels of Crooklyn. Print is in very nice condition overall. Reels are back on shipping for the moment.

Magnolia screening went pretty smoothly with the exception of a few minor blips. The first being that the 239 FILM masking cue didn't trigger the curtains so the Mummy trailer started with some bleed on the curtains. Hit the regular 239 cue to open them up. 239 FILM doesn't work for T1 right now.

The other two blips were cue-related. The description of the Mummy grease motor cue in the 8/3 blog and the info sheet card somewhat made it sound like the cue would come when the release date for the film came on screen, so I didn't see it when it came prior to that. Little bit of tail leader on screen, muted the processor soon as I could. Also reel 5 had CO cues two frames from the end of the reel. I see that's listed in the inspection report, but it would've been better to add some new grease cues to the right frames.

Walter wasn't able to make the show tonight so will come by next week to pick up his trailer.
