To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: There was an "unexpected light off" warning in Theater 5 at the start of the second preshow of the day. The first round in 5 had no tickets sold so I'd stopped playback and shut the lamp off, so this happened right after the lamp struck at the beginning of the second playlist. Paul radioed me that there was no picture on screen when preshow started. I re-struck the lamp and there were no issues after that.

Special Events/ AV set up: Appropriate Behavior screening, intro, and Q&A went fantastically. The Q&A recording has been uploaded to the drive.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): The can we got from AGFA yesterday is actually the print for Sundays on Fire next month, Karate Killers on Wheels. It has Faster Pussycat, Kill! Kill! written in sharpie directly on the can but it's labeled Killers on Wheels 1 of 1 with tape. The reference on the shipping label also says Karate Killers. It appears to be the complete print, 4 reels. IMDb says this is 95 minutes so this is probably a shorter cut but I can't find info about a shorter cut online anywhere. All four reels are very full though, so it's possible it'll run close to 95 minutes. All reels are tails out on the shipping reels in the can.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Inspected all of Karate Killers on Wheels. The condition is par for the Sundays on Fire course at this point: this one is quite faded with some vinegar smell. Structurally, though, it's not so bad. Few splices/repairs and some moderate scratching. However, I think this is an English dub as there are no subtitles on this print.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
