Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Playlists for Cameron Post and Appropriate Behaviour have been built. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Sent the tech specs/certs to the folks for the special screening of My Old Ass. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Got the keys for Longlegs and Despicable Me 4. 

Reached out to the programmers for some content for next week just to get a bit ahead of our meeting this Wednesday. The Limey and South Park are coming from Deluxe, so we should get those relatively soon. John is looking into tracking info for Superstar, coming from Paramount. We're now looped into the thread. Update: The Limey and South Park have been received and ingested! 

We received the prints Detroit Rock City and Princess Mononoke. 

Desmond sent the slides for Cameron Post and Appropriate Behaviour. DCP'd and ingested these. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Waiting on The Blade and All About My Mother to get picked up. I initially thought that The Blade was picked up this morning, first, but then Myra told me there was a print in T7 and it was The Blade...which had been moved in there for some reason, possibly when the other prints got dropped off? Not sure. Either way, I doubled checked that all the labels are all correct and so we're just waiting on them to get picked up today. 

Print/video Inspection: Started inspecting Princess Mononoke, which already looks really great. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Marquee updated?: Added all the brunch titles for next week, doubling as an arm workout. Up now: Miseducation of Cameron Post, Appropriate Behavior, South Park and Cat Video Fest. Yes, there's a third round of Cat Video Fest.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
